Raja Petra Made Perez Hilton

A controversial Malaysian blogger named Raja Petra Kamaruddin has been detained for criticizing the Malaysian government and 'insulting' Islam.

And, as if that weren't troubling enough, the blogger is going to be locked up - without a trial - for TWO YEARS!

His wife told the media, "(Police) said my husband has been sent to Kamunting this morning and that he will remain there for two years with no trial. This is the worst news I can receive but we will keep fighting for his release."

The blogger's attorney said the government had pulled a "mean, dirty trick" by issuing the detention order the night before a scheduled court hearing on Tuesday to secure his release. "The government can now hide behind a veil of secrecy because they do not have to disclose reasons for detaining him."

Cannibalism Anyone?

Last night a bunch of us were hanging out and The Genius (being his usual self) came up with the topic of cannibalism. He said that he'd want to eat me and make a Blodyn Rendang. So then I was like "Hey, if I were a type of beef or beef dish, what would I be?" And Lawyer Chick said "Kobe Beef!" and everyone started laughing their asses off. What is Kobe Beef, you ask? Kobe beef (神戸ビーフ, Kōbe Bīfu^?) refers to beef from the black Tajima-ushi breed of Wagyu cattle, raised according to strict tradition in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. So there you have it. If I were beef, I would be a very expensive beef indeed. Hehehehe. It's nice to know I would be highly coveted among cannibals... No, wait... That's actually highly disturbing. LOL.

Diarrhea + Menstruation + Fasting = TOTAL DEHYDRATION!

Seriously, I have never felt so drained in my whole entire life! And I'm usually so full of energy! (Except for sports. I don't do sports :P) I even passed out when I got to my room. I was THAT exhausted. Drink plenty of water people! 8 glasses a day if you can!

Hairspray Dance Part 1

I'm kinda late in posting this, but here's the video from when we were practicing dancing to Hairspray's Nicest Kids In Town for UPM TESL Juniors' Welcoming Party. It Is Official

Yep. It's official. We're definitely back together now. I woke up to two texts from him on my phone.. at 5:50am. Talk about wanting something right there and then. LOL. I'm happy. As happy as I can possibly be right now. I am back together with the love of my life! Wheee~!

Of course, I know that it's still a leap of faith. But I've made my choice. I want to be with him and he wants to be with me and we are going to try make it work. You won't know unless you try, right? :)

I'm loving Jason Mraz's "I'm Yours" and was browsing through youtube when I found this guy's cover of it. His name is Frank Foks and he's a Dutch singer. I love his cover of Jason Mraz's "I'm Yours". And I also love the fact that it was done in a moving car. Very spontaneous. He's amazing! Check it out!
